County water utility
I had a water leak and called the office and Maria helped me figure out my problem without calling a plumber . She was very helpful and went out of her way to take care of me. They have a lot of customers and I know the public is hard to deal with because I was once in the position of dealing with rude people all day. Is this review userful? 1 0

Their customer service and communication with public is horrible. Even the after hours operator is very rude. We don’t call in the wee hours of the morning just to chitchat, when the public calls in we have a problem. And I know for one always check my side of the meter first. Bottom line if you don’t like your job you need to find another one. The people that work out in the field or four more courteous and professional. Is this review userful? 0 2

I can't believe how high the charge is to pay online..most company's don't charge any fee..the people working the field are great and my 3 stars are for them. the customer service needs to be people friendly rather being so rude..its been that way for yrs. one in particular needs to be nicer instead of sour like vinegar every month! They over charge on late fee. Yes I understand that is my fault that my payment was late but if the payment was in before the water was shut off they I can see a fee being applied but to take a payment then still have someone come turn off your water so they can charge 60 more dollars in bull and I'm going to get someone to look into this. I'm sure with all the signatures I can get I can get the state to do a investigation. Then maybe file a law suit against the county. Their are families that struggle and can barely afford to live. I think they need to update a lot of things. Over charging people for their faulty equipment, payment is excepted online , and there is a charge for calling in payments. The whole place is a complete joke on everything. The sad part is we all have to have them unless you have a well. Sadly they use that. Very helpful staff, I pay my bill monthly and dont understand why people get mad at the staff because they dont pay their bills on time. I think people should take responsibilty for their actions and not be rude! Is this review userful? 3 0
